Household expenses in Malaysia

Assalamualaikum readers...

Entry kali ni nak share sikit pasal findings dr Sime Darby Property on Housing - Income Index. Actually diorang buat study ni sbb nak dptkan better understanding utk profile home owner kat malaysia ni termasuklah household income and their spending pattern in relation to owning a home. (Boleh baca detail lg dekat The Star Online, 18 February 2014)

Kalau kt tgk kat figure atas ni, percentage utk saving sikit sgt, 12%. Byk yg diperuntukan utk loan and mortgage, dlm 29% gitu. Dulu arwah opah pernah ajar, dr income yg kt dpt 30% kt kene save in case of emergency. Tp rasanye dgn kadar pendapatan n taraf hidup yg makin meningkat kat Malaysia ni, ssh kot nk simpan 30% dr income kt. Betul x kwn2? Tu sbb makin ramai yg buat side income utk dptkan pendapatan extra.

From the same study, they conclude that for u to own a property in Klang Valley u need to have a household income of RM 14,580! Phewwww...byk ni. No wonder ssh ibu2 atau isteri2 yg bekerja n tinggal di bandar nak decide utk resign n jaga anak kat umah kan. Huhu..hmm beli rumah kat tempat lain lah kan kalau gitu kan.

Ha kalau kt nak stay area2 yg kat atas tu, mmg belasan - puluhan ribu is required for the household income. Haihhh..sabar je lah kan. Harapnya Rumah Pr1ma dpt membantu golongan2 yg memerlukan utk mendapatkan rumah mereka sendiri pada kadar yg berpatutan.

Saja je share info ni sikit. Tp cerita panjangnya leh tgk dekat The Star Online ok. Heh..ha pada sesiapa yg interested nak buat extra side income atau nk berjinak-jinak dgn business tp tatau nk mulakan di mana, boleh PM sy for details ye. Sy suka n enjoy buat business ni n sy nak share dgn mereka yg sudi. Jom2...hehe..
